Building upon the traditions established by our founder and previous owner, Sedona Elite Properties continues to be an integral part of the real estate market in Sedona, AZ and the greater Verde Valley.

Ian M. Kraut
Owner, Designated Broker
Ian M Kraut joined Sedona Elite Properties Mgmt. Inc., in 2012 under his predecessor as the financial controller. Prior to joining the organization, he was an internal auditor for The Kroger Company based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. Kraut is a graduate of Rutgers University and holds a Masters Degree in City Planning from The Ohio State University as well as a Masters Degree in Accounting and Tax from The University of Cincinnati.

Lindsay Hammersmith, DPT
Owner, Realtor®
Lindsay Hammersmith joined the SEP team by extension in 2019 when she and her husband purchased the business from its predecessor. Prior to joining the team, Hammersmith acted as the lead physical therapist for a well known boutique clinic here in Sedona. She too is a graduate of The Ohio State University and holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The College of Mount Saint Joseph in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Traci A. Durfee
Director of Sales, Realtor®
Traci Durfee joined the team in 2019 and oversees the residential sales arm of the business. Hailing originally from Minnesota, but having relocated from Long Beach, CA most recently, Durfee has an extensive background in web development & brand management.
Graham Evans
Director of Leasing, Realtor®
Graham Evans joined the team in 2019 having relocated from London, England. Prior to joining SEP, Evans worked in the professional staffing industry.
Liliana Morales Vazquez
Director of Operations, Realtor®
Liliana joined Sedona Elite Properties in February 2022. Originally from Mexico City, she relocated to Sedona in 2000. Prior to joining the team, Liliana worked for JP Morgan Chase and National Bank of AZ as a licensed personal banker and was a stay-at-home mom for 11 years.
Jason Miller
Realtor®
Jason joined Sedona Elite Properties in 2022. Originally from Sedona, Jason came back to the Verde Valley in 2017 to be closer to family. With a background in the construction trades and building, Jason’s focus is on affordable housing, development and investments properties.
Kristis Ferris
Apartment Manager
Kristis Ferris joined the SEP team in January 2023 as the Parkway Apartment Manager. After relocating from California in 2019 where she specialized in Senior Living Rentals, Kristis became a Property Manager in Prescott, Arizona. Her background and education are in business development, marketing and sales.
Tori Durfee
Office Administrator
Tori joined SEP in March 2021, and although she has lived in Sedona on two separate occasions, you can find her working remotely from MN. She is the youngest of 7 kids, and her older sister is our very own sales agent, Traci. Tori adds to the team with over 21 years of experience in HR and Office Administration.
Miriam Rubalcaba Najera
Property Manager, Realtor®
Miriam joined SEP in June 2023. Originally from Phoenix,Az but has been in the verde valley since 2003. Prior to joining the team Miriam worked for National Bank of Arizona for 7 years as a client service associate and a branch relationship banker in Cottonwood and Sedona.

Darcy Gallagher
Assistant to Traci Durfee,
Realtor®
Darcy joined SEP in 2023 after moving to the Village of Oak Creek from Bozeman MT where she and her husband owned and operated a commercial hydroponic tomato business. Originally from Boulder CO, Darcy is a graduate of the University of Denver with a degree in Business Administration and retired from the University of Colorado as a business analyst for an astrophysics research lab.

Emily Marsicano
Sales Team Manager for Traci Durfee, Realtor®
Emily Marsicano became part of the SEP team in 2023 as the sales team manager for her fiancee, Traci Durfee. Having relocated from New England to Sedona in 2021, Emily brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, and management.
