All windows,screens and tracks (inside & outside) cleaned. Garage floors cleaned of tire, oil, and debris. Changing air filter, light bulbs, adding salt to water softeners.

Tenant pays all utilities unless otherwise noted and must be in tenant's name on day of move-in. SEPMI has no control over private utility companies deposit/credit requirements. nor knowledge of any prior utility bill usage
